Meet the Owners
Scott and Sandra Faggart
Welcome to Creative Beginnings Christian Child Development Center.
For more than 17 years, it has been our privilege and calling to serve families through Creative Beginnings. This ministry has never simply been a business to us—it has been a work that God placed on our hearts.
The greatest reason we chose to open a Christian child care center was our desire to help little ones know the love of Jesus Christ. We believe there is no greater foundation we can give a child than to know they are deeply loved by God and wonderfully created in His image. Every day, we strive to share His love through kindness, encouragement, prayer, and Christ-centered teaching.
When we first began this journey, our own two children were just babies. They inspired our dream of creating a safe, nurturing environment where children could grow academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Today, God has blessed us with three beautiful grandchildren, making our passion for caring for children even more meaningful.
Over the past 17 years, we have had the incredible blessing of welcoming hundreds of children and their families through our doors. Many have become lifelong friends, and we have always considered the families of Creative Beginnings to be an extension of our own family. Watching children learn, grow, laugh, and discover God’s love has been one of the greatest joys of our lives.
We are deeply grateful to the parents who have trusted us with their most precious gift. It is a responsibility we have never taken lightly. Every child who enters our center is loved, valued, and cared for as if they were one of our own.
As we look toward the future, our prayer remains the same as it was on the very first day we opened our doors—that God will continue to guide Creative Beginnings, bless the families He brings to us, and allow us to make a lasting difference in the lives of children for His glory.

Both of our boys have gone to Creative Beginnings since they were around 3 months old. The staff is wonderful and has always made us feel like family! When my oldest left for kindergarten, he still loves picking up his younger brother so he can see his old teachers. Luckily we still have a few more years left for our youngest! Creative Beginnings has been a godsend for me and my family. I had my oldest during the pandemic and was extremely hesitant about returning to work because of childcare. However, the lovely staff here made me feel at home and eased my anxiety. My son blossomed here, learned here, and was loved from the lambs room all the way to his last day of 4k. My youngest is now in the lions room and enjoys everyday she gets to come to school. This is a great center with extraordinary staff who partners with parents and cares deeply for every child.
